For flying clubs

Flying club software for a fleet nobody owns alone.

Members book their own flights. Dues, block time, and per-flight charges land on one member balance. The board stops running the club out of a spreadsheet.

  • $25/aircraft/month
  • Unlimited members
  • Up to 10 aircraft
  • 14-day trial
Club work

The six jobs that fall on whoever volunteered.

Booking

Members book the airplane themselves.

A club member holds a slot directly — no approval queue, no phone call to the board. (A school's students are the ones whose bookings need signing off; that difference lives in the role.)

Balances

Every member account, current.

Outstanding invoices net against wallet credit into one balance per member. The overdue list is a list, not a hunt through a spreadsheet.

Dues

Monthly dues that invoice themselves.

Membership dues run as a scheduled invoicing job, with late fees applied on a cap you set. Autopay and ACH mean the treasurer isn't chasing cards.

Block time

Pre-paid hours that draw down honestly.

Block-time contracts hold total and remaining hours at an agreed rate. Flying against one records the usage and decrements the balance in a single transaction — no drift.

Shared fleet

Wet or dry, Hobbs or tach.

Each tail carries its own wet and dry rate plus current Hobbs and tach. Annual and 100-hour dates sit on the same record the schedule reads.

Squawks

Whoever finds it, logs it.

A member reports the squawk; the A&P owns it from there. Grounding is not a group email — the airplane comes off the schedule.

What it costs

Priced per airplane, not per person.

Club is $25 per aircraft per month for up to 10 aircraft, with unlimited members. Recruit ten new members and the invoice doesn't move. Card payment, month to month, cancel from settings.

Questions clubs ask
Which plan fits a flying club?
Club: $25 per aircraft per month, up to 10 aircraft, with unlimited members. You pay for airplanes, not for people — a growing roster doesn't raise the bill.
Do members need approval to book?
No. Member bookings hold the airplane directly. Approval is a school-student behaviour, enforced on the role rather than bolted on as a setting.
Can we run pre-paid block time?
Yes. A block-time contract records total hours, remaining hours, and the agreed hourly rate; each flight against it posts usage and decrements the remaining balance atomically.
Does our bookkeeper need a full login?
They need the billing admin role, which sees invoices, payments, and reports — and no training records. QuickBooks sync is available for the hand-off.
What if the club owns more than ten aircraft?
Above 10 aircraft you're on Academy, priced per aircraft plus per active student. Both paid plans start with a 14-day trial.
