Billing FAQ
The questions accounting asks.
- Is there a free trial?
- 14-day free trial on Club and Academy. The Free plan needs no card and lasts forever.
- What counts as an active student?
- A student with a training record and activity in the billing period. Inactive students don't count toward your bill.
- What if my fleet is over 10 aircraft?
- Club caps at 10 aircraft. Above that you're on Academy, priced per aircraft plus per active student.
- How does per-student pricing work?
- Graduated, like tax brackets: the first 1,000 students bill at $12 each, the next 1,000 at $11, stepping down to $6 above 6,000.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Pay by card, month to month, no contract. Cancel from billing settings whenever you like.
- Do you do enterprise sales calls?
