Usage Data
- • Feature usage patterns

- • Process bookings, dispatch, and billing

- • Train AI/ML models on your data

Payment processing
Active accounts: We keep your data while your account is active.
Closed accounts: We delete your data within 30 days after account closure. Exceptions:
- • Flight records: 3 years (FAA requirements)
- • Billing records: 7 years (tax purposes)
- • Anonymized analytics data: no time limit
Data export: You can export all your data at any time. Go to Settings → Data Export.
